Join Host, Danny Gott, in his travels, as he shines a light on people and places who elevate others and make our world more inclusive and accepting.
Danny is the namesake of Danny's Farm Charitable Foundation. He is open and enthusiastic about his autism, and he has inspired petting farms in multiple locations, providing countless jobs and volunteer opportunities for people of all abilities.
Farming can mean many different things. In sports, a farm team provides experience and training for young players. In gaming, farming refers to a gaming tactic where a player performs repetitive actions to gain experiences, points, or compensation.
Animals, baseball, and video games are three of Danny’s passions. Danny loves to share facts about these topics and many others. He posts “Did you know?” questions on social media. For example, “Did you know that ‘farming’ is a reference to the fact that many minor league teams in the late 19th and early 20th centuries were in small towns in rural areas?”
